It consists of 5,375 acres in Elmore County, just 25 miles from downtown Boise and 10 minutes from Boise city limits. Phase 1 consists of 1,468 acres and 3,270 homes, and the property was purchased to include the very valuable water rights that 'run with the land'. Two community wells have already been drilled and are operational, and the third well is being drilled.
